Rhino Plast is a polymer base pre mix dry plaster. Rhino Plast is for fine quality wall plaster specially formulated to give superior finish and strength to the interior and exterior surface. It is pre mix single application made of duly dried and screened sand, 53 grade OPC cement, Selected Additives, fibres and polymers.

Preparing the Surface:
Wet the surface area by spraying water and surface must be free from dust and stickiness etc.
Process of Mixing
Add 11to 12 Itr water in 50 kg RHINO Plast and Mix the Material. Rebound loss material should be used adding water.
Apply water mix material on wet surface. Recommended the thickness of plaster will be between 8to 12 mm on single application.

Work Time As RHINO Plast is ready mix dry plaster, it takes
1/3 time to start plaster process.
This process contains sand screening, cement mixing, water, measurement, mixing of all these and again re-handling of all materials.
